Traditional Stir-Fried Fish with Bean Paste (TauCu) 传统豆瓣酱煎鱼
This is a traditional style of cooking bean paste fried fish recipe. The fish is so crispy and fragrant with the bean paste sauce, it’s so delicious to go with rice.
INGREDIENTS for the Recipe
Fish Head ( any fish of your choice ) 鱼头
1 finely chopped shallots 小葱
3 finely chopped garlic 蒜
1 shredded ginger 姜丝
Some Welsh Onion & Coriander 葱和芫荽
1 tbsp Bean Paste 豆瓣酱
For the sauce
1 cup water 水
2 tsp cornflour 玉米粉
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 黑酱油
1 tbsp light soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp sugar 糖
