Interesting Oleo Saccharum Ideas for Enhancing Your Cocktails!

Cocktail books tend to stick to simple ingredients that are already available to Bars and Mixologists, and I want to take on the entire culinary universe to find different and interesting flavors. Right now, my favorite books are the Flavor Thesaurus series, which is an index of different combinations of ingredients that are known to work well together, and it's not limited to what is traditionally used in cocktails, so more options are available.
