I've been lucky to have had a lot of work while staying safe at home during this pandemic. One of the fun projects I was asked to do was to make a few videos for a virtual edition of the Festival de Jazz Las Condes (Santiago) Chile where I had performed back in 2018.
My song "Tino's Dream" originally appeared on my second album "You Knock Me Out" recorded in 2000 for Rounder/Bullseye Blues and Jazz Records with Marty Richards and Marty Ballou in the rhythm section. The Martys and I began playing together regularly a few years before that in the band of guitarist Duke Robillard (who also produced and played on the album) and have been working together ever since both live and in the studio performing original music and backing many greats of American Jazz, Blues and Soul music.
