Thorlabs Photonics Learning is a multi-faceted global initiative taking a holistic approach to photonics workforce and community development. We are developing immersive educational platforms around that globe that generate awareness of the photonics field, provide access to the equipment and people working in the industry, and spark advancement opportunities to join programs, enhance skillsets, and become part of the photonics community.
We prioritize hands-on experiences to strengthen connections within the field, making careers and advancements within photonics more accessible and achievable to empower a diverse, inclusive, and well-educated workforce poised to drive innovation across the entire photonics industry.
