What did you do well, what could be done better, how will it be implemented?
Well: Making calls in primary coverage area, adjusting to officials not custom to calling games with.
Better: 🔑Uniform protocol, having a slow and patient whistle on drives to the basket, communicating to coaches the duties of assistant and head coaches.
How: Communicating the rules for uniform malfunction to captains and coaches during the captains meeting.
