Chasing Jaguars in the Pantanal (Brazil Ep.2)

Описание: Join us on a journey into the Pantanal, one of the largest wetlands in the world and one of Brazil’s most remarkable natural regions. We reach Santa Clara Farm, deep in the heart of the Pantanal, where wildlife is everywhere around us.
In this episode we explore the area by boat safari, horseback, piranha fishing, a safari truck drive, and a night walk in search of jaguars. Throughout our stay we keep looking for signs of these elusive cats, guided by the stories of the legendary Jaguar Man, who has encountered jaguars many times.
Along the way we meet many of the animals that make the Pantanal so special:
Caiman resting by the water
Scarlet macaws, hyacinth macaws, and other colorful birds
Toucan, jabiru stork, plumbeous ibis, aracari, and more
A curious coati family
Fresh jaguar footprints along the riverbanks
We enjoy sunsets, early‑morning bird songs, and the simple beauty of life along the Pumpkin River in the South Pantanal.
