Here is an example: Intuition in Relationships

One day, I was sitting and meditating in my usual spot when I heard a voice in my head say “Godiva chocolate.”

“Godiva chocolate?” I asked.

“Yes, Godiva chocolate.”

It had been months and months and months since I had eaten chocolate because of its negative effects on my physical body. Of course, I was thrilled, but I didn’t have any chocolate in the house.

“Where should I go and get chocolate?” I asked.

“Barnes & Noble,” was the response.

I got myself dressed and drove toward the closest Barnes & Noble. As I pulled into the parking lot, I heard, “Park at the far end.” This didn’t make sense to me, because Godiva chocolate wasn’t sold near that door. My intuition was insistent, so I parked at the far end. I got out of the car, walked across the parking lot, and opened the door. Who was exiting the store while I was entering? It was a man whom I had dated and never really had closure. He offered me a cup of tea, and the hour we spent together gave me the closure I needed. After he left, I asked my intuition, “Now can I have Godiva chocolate?”

“No.”

Darn! My intuition had used chocolate as a lure so I would be at the right place at the right time.
