Paper 8 of CA Intermediate is Financial Management & Economics for Finance, that is, FM & Eco. Paper - 8 has two parts, Section-A: Financial Management and Section-B: Economics for Finance. Financial Management is one of the scoring papers in the CA Intermediate Examination. However, many students do not realise that. Due to lack of practice, they feel FM is a tough subject.

Half of the students feel that this subject is theoretical and half of them feel that FM is a practical subject. If you ask us then we feel that it's a conceptual subject rather than theory or practical.

You are not going to get exact questions in the exam. There will be some twists and turns that you will be required to figure out and for that conceptual clarity of the subject is a must.

The best approach to study Financial Management is to solve as many questions as you can and don’t ignore the theory part as well.
