Описание: The truth is that I don't even remember, but without being an exaggeration, it's been more than 10 years since I listened to an album without being able to skip a track on the first listen. If 2022 Pack Rat's first album, conceived as a solo project by Patrick McEachnie, one of our heroes in Chain Whip, was already awesome, this new full band LP, repeating on the always accurate Drunken Sailor Records, is an absolute blast. Fun, vibrant, nervously accelerated, and beating any record of hooks per minute, in which 70s punk is infused with fast-paced power-pop-punk, to build a fabulous set of 13 gems that never reach 3 minutes, in which this now Vancouver quartet, now eminently guitar-driven, definitely leaves aside the lo-fi concept, and only uses keyboards to put the icing on an absolutely delicious cake until the last bite. Undoubtedly the album of this summer... And of autumn, winter... And of any other occasion you can imagine! Essential and irresistible.
