Описание: My name is Joona Vähä-Antila. I'm currently working at the Raute Corporation in Raute Nastola production plant, heading the production operations.

In Nastola production, you can basically, roughly divide the production into three different sections. There's the fabrication, then there's the machining, and then there's the assembly and testing. And basically, in Nastola factory, we produce everything from spare parts all the way to complete mill deliveries.

So Raute’s machinery is making the most of the raw, raw material of wood. So basically we are supplying the mechanical wood processing industry. So what our customers basically do is that they make veneer, plywood and LVL. So we have different kinds of customers in our customer base and the companies vary from family-owned companies all the way to bigger, bigger companies and groups.

What I'm especially proud of these days, the community that we have over here. So every time when I step to the work, you can feel the atmosphere that it's welcoming and you are getting support from your colleagues as well. And we are genuinely working as a team. We need to make action today in order to achieve more sustainable tomorrow. The people understand the equipment that they manufacture and provide and they are especially proud of what they can make.
