In today's video, let's make a 3-ingredient yogurt dip! This is an excellent snack to pair with your favorite fruit. It's so easy to make in just a couple of minutes, and you can make a big batch to use as a meal prep snack for the week!
Ingredients:
-1 cup Greek yogurt (Vanilla or plain)
-1-2 tablespoons honey
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 5-7 days.
