Описание: Short video showing flood water from River Ouzel being diverted in to North Willen Lake - one of several balancing lakes in Milton Keynes, and designed to temporarily store flood water before it is slowly released into the River Ouzel, and thence to the River Great Ouse. Also captures lady walking dog through flood water, and nearly losing her balance. (Canon HV30.)
