We come together as a community every first and third Tuesday in a month in a virtual meditation space. Everybody sits at home, we all connect to the meditation. And we hold the intention that I am part of a virtual community that is non-local. We call it "download meditation" because we invite a higher blessing and a higher support into the meditation, that is a resource for our life.
The collective meditation also reinforces my meditation. Many people tell us that when we do the download meditation, they can literally feel how their own meditation gets reinforced because we all sit together. We create a field of coherence that affects everybody.
Because we do it already many years, the field has grown, and by now, there are thousands of people sitting and tuning in and holding a space for their own life and also for the community, and we feel it!

The Download Meditation takes place for 45 minutes every first and third Tuesday of each month at 12pm PT, 3pm ET, 9pm CET (the reference time is CET - watch out for time zone shifts in March and October!)
