A fresh clash erupted between BJP and TMC activists at the Sahebganj BDO office on Monday. The clash took place during the scrutiny of nomination papers at the BDO office. The convoy of Union Minister Nisith Pramanik was reportedly attacked during the clash.
The minister alleged that the law and order situation has completely deteriorated in the state. He said that the state government is not doing enough to protect the people.
The clash left several people injured. The police have arrested a few people in connection with the clash.
