This meditation is not only for the Full Moon, it is also helpful for those with placements in Aquarius II that they may seek to understand better. It is not time bound so return to it whenever it is helpful, especially if this is the Decan of your Sun, Moon or Ascendant. If your Lord of the Year is travelling through this Decan, and aspecting planets in your chart, it may be particularly helpful.
