This is super easy and no eggs. The recipe is in the video!
SHORTBREAD BASE:
1/2 c cake flour
1/2 cup AP flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter - cold grated
Dry ingredients in food processor and the add butter to form crumbly dough and press into lined 8x8 pan. Bake 350F for 20 mins. until golden. Let cool.
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
1 3/4 cup peanut butter
4 T. soft butter
1/2 tsps. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix first 3 ingredients in food processor then add sugar. Press on top of cooled shortbread. Chill until firm.
CHOC. Topping:
2 cups favorite chocolate
2T. peanut butter
1T. butter- you can add more if you want a softer chocolate coating
Melt and pour on top. Chill until firm. Cut into 16 bars using a warm knife.
Very rich but, yummie and no eggs!!
