Millet Flour– 2 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbsp (for crispiness)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped, optional)
Salt – as needed
Water – as required
Oil – for roasting
Curry leaves & coriander – finely chopped
In a bowl, add raagi flour, rice flour, salt, chopped veggies, green chilli and herbs.
Add curd (optional) and mix well.
Pour water little by little and make a semi-thick batter.
Heat tawa, grease slightly, and pour a ladle of batter.
Spread gently like a thick dosa/roastie.
Drizzle few drops of oil and cook on medium flame.
Flip and roast until both sides turn crispy and golden.
Serve hot with chutney or curd.
