Idiot Busted for Rolling up on Traffic Stop Screaming Incoherently at the Officer

Описание: Not entirely sure what you'd call this, but I figured it could be called a reverse traffic stop. Where you roll up on another in progress traffic stop to start screaming incoherently at the officer doing the traffic stop. The lady in the normal traffic stop was speeding and owning up to her mistake like a normal adult.

On the other end of the spectrum reverse traffic stop lady acts mighty surprise when the officer responds by detaining your very brainy self for quite obvious reasons... Reason that entirely escape you of course...
