Welcome to Wild Body Steady Mind – Episode 4, filmed aboard our four-season liveaboard sailboat in Port Protection, Alaska.
This 30-minute somatic movement workout is designed to help you reconnect with your body, build functional strength, and move in a way that feels intuitive and supportive. No equipment required. You’ll move through standing flow, core and stabilizer work, planks, pushups, and grounding floor exercises, all with an emphasis on body awareness, breath, and adaptability.
These workouts are not about perfection or performance. They’re about listening to your body, building resilience, and strengthening both body and mind so you can move through life with more confidence and ease.
