rice prep:
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
some curry leaf
2 green chilli
1 bunch spring onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp pepper
