Horin Ramen Metrotown is on the outside of Crystal Mall, access is on Kingsway. While it didn't turn out to be a new "best", we enjoyed our meal here and the staff were lovely. It looks like they have some good deals and it's great that there are vegetarian options. Cash is NOT an option for payment here.
We had:
The One Ramen Combo
with Gyoza and Takana & Kimchi as sides
Tan Tan Ramen (vegetarian)
Payment: NO CASH, cards only (not sure about US debit cards)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11am-945pm; Fri-Sun 11am-1045pm
There is another location on Robson St in Downtown Vancouver and they are opening one on No. 3 Road in Richmond in 2026.
