I had to make this video a long one because the whole process of making this Breadfruit Bowl is fascinating. Yelluh Meat has taken a traditional Bajan food and turned it into a modern day masterpiece.
The Breadfruit take around 30-45 minutes to roast and then are cracked open and turned into bowls. You can get all sorts of toppings; they range from Red Herring to Mince Meat to Salt Fish.
I absolutely loved this meal, it was such a great treat and a brilliant way to try my first ever breadfruit.
