Hiking the Old Man of Coniston | Stunning Lake District Walk

Описание: Join me and my good friend Chris on an unforgettable hike up the Old Man of Coniston, one of the Lake District's most iconic fells! 🏞️

In this video, we start from the Walna Scar car park and ascend via the scenic and historic route past old slate mines and Low Water tarn, eventually reaching the summit at 803 meters. The views from the top are simply breathtaking—on a clear day, you can see Coniston Water, the Pennines, and even the Isle of Man! 🌄

📍 Route Details:

Start: Walna Scar Road Car Park

Route: Quarry ruins → Low Water → Summit

Distance: ~6 miles / 10 km round trip

Difficulty: Moderate
