1/3 cup 75g Sourdough starter (100% Hydration of Whole wheat starter)
½ tsp / 5g Salt
1 tsp/ 5g Sugar
½ tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp / 125g Water
