Spreading SLURRY with SCHOUTEN HOSES | Animals on Haut-Beyleron | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 59

Описание: Today we are in Haut-Beyleron and we have to spread slurry onto harvested cornfields. We started by jumping into Volkswagen Amarok and inspecting the fields. Then we headed to the local BGA where we met with the manager and she let us borrow the Schouten hoses system for spreading slurry. So we headed back to the farm and parked the Volkswagen Amarok and then jumped into Fendt 820 TMS Vario. We detached the weight from the back and then we attached the Samson slurry spreader and moved it out of the way. After that was done we headed to the BGA and we got the Stallkamp PSS-mEL 4/5.5-550 on the pallet forks and then we attached Schouten JC 450 on the back of the tractor. Then we headed back to the farm and got the equipment in the position, we parked Schouten JC 450 under the cow barn slurry pump, and then we put the Stallkamp next to the Schouten JC 450. When that was done we jumped into Fendt 720 Vario and attached the water tanker to the back and headed to the river to get the water tanker filled. After we got it full we transported it back to the farm and parked it next to the Schouten JC 450. Then we jumped into Fendt 936 Vario and detached the front weight and headed to the BGA to pick up the houses. We got Schouten DH 240 with 1100m of hoses attached on the front and we got Schouten HS 5100 with Schouten BS 900 attached on the back. When that was done we headed back to the farm and started unwinding the hoses to the fields. Then we connected hoses to the spreader and the pump and then we filled the Schouten JC 450 with water and slurry. We used the water to dilute the slurry so we can pump it easier and we used the Stallkamp to separate the solid fraction of the slurry. When everything was ready we started spreading slurry and cultivating the fields. It didn't take us much time to finish all three fields and we only had two issues. The first one was where we didn't plan the hose posting very well and it got a little bit onto the field and in the way and the second issue was that we run out of the slurry. But in the end, we managed to spread slurry onto the three fields. When that was done we washed everything and returned back to the BGA and paid for borrowing equipment. Then we returned back to the farm and parked the equipment and then headed inside the house to take a lunch break.
