The owner is Mr. Denipitiya Koralage Niroshan Fernando is the founder and Managing Director of Diyakawa waters sports center. He is a prominent person in the area and he has 20 years of experience in the water sports. He started water sports as a young boy and because of his love for the sport he created Diyakawa water sport center. He understands the needs of Sports men since he himself is a sportsmen. He was a Cadet in the school and He was the president of Aluthgama UNION YOUNG SPORTS CLUB. He is fluent in English, French and Russian languages. He has following licenses.

He is also a Russian and English Speaking National Tour Guide Lecture .
They have well trained staff which faces any kind of situation. Most of them have Coxswain licenses. Also they can speak English, Russian, Arabic, German and some other languages.
