Tonight we were proud to launch the latest of the LEAP officers into Mitchell's Plein, myself along with Minister Albert Fritz and Premier Alan Winde. The LEAP project is made possible by a partnership between local and Provincial government, but the challenge is as we drive budget into funding this project intended to support our under-resourced SAPS stations, our National Government reduces the budget for SAPS again, effectively putting us back where we began.
Undeterred, we'll continue.
