Secrets to 3D Delts as a Natty - Cuban Presses (Rest Pause)

In this video, I demonstrate one of my favorite training protocols to building some serious muscle to the shoulders.

The protocols involves using an isolation based shoulder movement, and performing it rest pause style near the end of your workout.

This style of training, coupled with heavy shoulder pressing, will build amazing shoulders. You know, those 3D delts baby.
