I quite enjoy doing tutorials so I thought I'd do a shorter one on how to do a beat really quickly on the Mother 32 and DFAM.
I use this method because I like to get a simple beat as soon as possible so I can focus on building the song from the ground up around sequences and melodies.
Sorry the mother 32 camera angle looks like it was shot on a potato, no idea how that happened!
