Last Word trophy requires you to "speak" with all the corpses lying in the different locations of the game. To interact with the dead bodies, you have to obtain and equip the Relic called the Shroud of Dreamt Sins.

Here is how you can obtain the Shroud: deliver the Bouquet of Thyme (bottom left corner of Albero, next to the portal) to Tirso who will give you the Linen Cloth. Teleport to a dream land by interacting with the fountain and bring the Linen Cloth to the giant statue that will reward you with the Relic.
