Classic dish but great for any occasion
2 carrots
1onion
2 garlic cloves
300g soaked black beans
500g pork loin
100g chorizo
200g shredded kale
20g olive oil
1/2 chilli
200g rice
First cook the beans varoma/40min/ 1reverse with 1,5lt water. Once cooked reserve.
Mince garlic and onion sp4/5sec. Scrape the sides and oil and cook 6min/110o/sp1.
Add meat and braise for 10min/110o/sp0,5. Add the carrots the chilli and beans, stock paste and 50g water. Wet a baking paper lay on the varoma put 200g rice, 400g water, olive oil and salt and cook all for 30 min/varoma/ sp 0,5 reverse. Check seasoning and Add kale in the last 5 min of cooking.

1 cebola
2 dentes alho
300g feijao preto demolhado
500g carne porco
100g choriço
200g couve
20g azeite
1/2 piri piri
Cozer o feijao preto com 1,5l agua varoma/50min/vel 1 inversa.
Picar cebola e o alho e refogar 6 min/110o/vel1. Por a carne e choriço e refogar 10min/110o/inversa 1. Adicionar as cenouras, malagueta,feijao e temperos e 50g agua. Na varoma por papel manteiga molhado e dentro vai 200g arroz, 400g agua azeite e sal por em cima do copo e cozer 30min/varoma/0,5inversa. Nos ultimos 5 min por a couve cortada ajustar o tempero e disfrutar.
