This is my full ranking of Eurovision 2002, held in Tallinn, Estonia! 2002 honestly isn't too bad during that 1999 - 2004 string of truly underwhelming contests but it definitely suffers from being quite bland overall and having a winner which reflected that - Latvia arguably had the most fun staging that significantly elevated the song. I would place 1999, 2001, and maybe 2003 above 2002 in terms of how enjoyable it was for me, out of that 1999-2004 dark age.
