Welcome to Jindal Naturecure Institute Yoga Session.
As one grows old, generally they suffer from stiffness and pain in the joints and muscles, sleep gets disturbed and the bowel movement becomes slow. The practise of asana and pranayama helps strengthen the body and calms the mind. Dr Rajeev Rajesh will teach a few practices to improve the general health of seniors. Mr Pratap Dash will demonstrate the practices.
