Leg days are my favorite, ngl.
Exercise 1 and 2 is a superset with very little rest and it's done on average for 10 minutes to 12 depending.
Exercise 1 is Seated hip extenders, or bad girls, or whatever, that exercise that hits the glutes when you are sitting down
Exercise 2 is leg extentions
Exercise 3 is leg press, first set shown is a feeder, 2nd set was the real set. We are currently discussing a return to squats, but we'll see.
Exercise 4 is Stiff Leg Deadlift
Exercise 5 is Lying leg curls with 50lbs for a set of 10
