The week leading up to the Equinox is a sacred bridge. Whether you are in the Northern Hemisphere preparing for the Spring rebirth, or in the Southern Hemisphere moving into the Autumn harvest, we all meet at this point of global equilibrium.

On this Waning Crescent in Capricorn, we lean into the stabilising, 'Mountain-like' energy of the earth. In the lunar cycle, this is the time for 'clearing the vessel': tying up loose ends, releasing what no longer serves us, and finishing our current projects with integrity. By grounding ourselves now, we create the inner structure needed to hold the dreamy, expansive intentions of the upcoming Pisces New Moon.

In this session, we use the deep, resonant frequencies of the live cello to bridge the gap between our inner reflections and our next seasonal manifestations.

The Journey Outline:
Opening (15-mins): Welcome and guided ritual for the 'Equinox Gateway'—honoring the balance of light and dark within us all.
The Sound Bath (60-mins): An uninterrupted, pure musical journey featuring deep, stabilizing cello melodies and ethereal, clearing loops.
Closing (15-mins): Gentle integration and community Q&A.
