Jesus Teaches Nicodemus- John 3:1-21
God‘s rescue plan is still going on. It started with Adam and Eve in the garden and how their sin carried through all people from Abraham to David to the time when Jesus was here on earth. He rescued everyone from their sins! When you accept Jesus’ forgiveness from sin, your relationship with God will
grow.
Nicodemus had great big questions about God. Maybe you do too. He asked
how to be with God forever. Jesus told him, “No one can enter God‘s kingdom
unless they are born with the Holy Spirit. Choosing to trust God and His Spirit
makes you brand new inside.The picture shown in the story is that Jesus would be lifted up and nailed to the cross because of His love for you and for me, but He would not stay dead. The best part is, He rose again!
Glowsticks when opened are very dull, but when you crack it and shake it, the
stick will glow. You and I are like that glowstick. You start dull without Jesus, BUT THEN, when you choose to be born again through Jesus, God sends His Holy Spirit to live in you and you will live with God forever in Heaven someday with Him.
