With thanks and approval from the owner of this recording Johnny McLelland this recording now has been uploaded for all to enjoy
Just abit of background how the recording came about, Johnny and myself linked up for a Roses related project i was doing a couple of years ago now and Johnny revealed he had 2 recordings of this gig. I helped to transfer the recordings to digital with thanks to Lee and here we are with the better of the 2 recordings, Enjoy!
The final word goes to Johnny:
'I remember this one being hastily put together, I think for some A&R from London. I only knew about it as I’d happened to see a flyer on the table in Corbieres the night before! Didn’t stop a big crowd from turning up. The band were tight and impressive.'
