Working My Way Back to You - The Spinners - Bass Cover - Request

This is the requested transcription I've done of the Spinners version of the song "Working My Way Back to You" from the 1979 single. It was suggested that the bass player may have been Francisco Centeno. This is a good suggestion. If anyone knows for sure, please let me know and I'll update this section.

This is a fun disco tune that just chugs along. I found my heart was pumping at the end, so it takes a little stamina to get through this one. It's surprisingly easy to make a mistake if you lose your focus.

The thing that really helped me on this tune was to pay attention to the articulations in the chorus. The hammer-ons and the staccato notes are important. If I payed attention to those, it put me in the right mindset and I found I got the best sound and feel.
