"This Land" is a song from the original soundtrack to Disney's 1994 animated film "The Lion King".

It was composed by no other than Hans Zimmer, who wrote the score for the movie.

However, many of the film's most famous hits (like "Can You Feel the Love Tonight") were written by Elton John!
