I grew up thinking being a man was about hard work, fixing problems, or staying “strong.” But no one ever sat me down to show me what real love looked like… how to communicate, how to nurture, how to lead with patience, or how to be vulnerable without feeling weak.

And because of that, I carried wrong ideas about love and manhood for a long time. I thought love was about doing more, not about being more present.

But when Stacy and I started building our relationship, I had to face the truth: if I wanted something real, I had to unlearn what I thought was right, and relearn what actually is.

That’s why love fails for so many people today not because we don’t want it, but because we don’t know how to give it. And it’s not our fault. We were never taught.

But here’s the truth :
Love doesn’t fail when you’re willing to grow. When you’re open to learning, to listening, to healing, and to showing up differently.

So whether you’re single, in a relationship, or healing from the past, know this: it’s not too late. You can unlearn, relearn, and rebuild.

Love isn’t lost. It’s waiting for us to choose it… the right way this time.
