Soft and airy on the inside, crispy and golden on the out - a crowd pleaser that will be too difficult to stop at just one! These vegan friendly donuts are a winner in our household made over the years by mum particularly during Easter that it was a must that we created this cooking demonstration. The donuts are then dipped in some attar (syrup) with either orange blossom water or rose water. Garnish with some chopped pistachios and enjoy! *The ingredients coupled by their quantities produce a well-rounded attar (syrup). Feel free to adjust depending on level of sweetness desired by taste testing balancing between water and sugar.
