AAMLA AUR KACCHI HALDI KA THECHA
Enjoy Spicy Thecha With Roti , Dal Rice and Bhakri
RECIPE :
1. Begin with 150 g of amla , de- seed and chop into small pieces.
2. Take 100 g of fresh turmeric, peel it, and chop finely.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (jeera) and ½ teaspoon of asafoetida (hing).
4. Once the cumin crackles, toss in 5-6 cloves of garlic, along with the chopped amla and turmeric.
5. Season with a little salt? cover the pan, and let it cook on a low to medium flame until the amla softens. Add a splash of water if it begins to stick.
6. Stir in fresh green chilies to your spice preference and ½ cup of peanuts.
7. Continue cooking for about 7–8 minutes, stirring now and then.
8. Switch off the flame, add a generous handful of fresh coriander leaves, and mix well.
9. Once cooled, coarsely grind the mixture in a mixer.
10. Finish by adding a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a bright, tangy flavor.
