On Castle Rock in the city of Mission Viejo a home remodeling project is being designed that involves a large portion of both the first and second floors. The kitchen remodel involves moving the kitchen to the opposite side of the family room and expanding the space by converting the third car garage and extending the rear of the home out towards the back.

The first floor also includes a secondary "dirty kitchen" with a primary display kitchen shown in this architect rendering walk-through. Some interior structural walls are being remodeled on the first floor and the dining room is now being opened up to the kitchen space.

On the second floor the high empty ceiling over the dining room is being converted into a new walk-in closet for the master bedroom. This Mission Viejo remodel also features an extended second floor and a new master bathroom configuration complete with wet room and sauna.

Master Truplans designer Molly Luo lead this project and produced the beautiful 3D modeling that appears in the video. Video by Kevin Doering our in-house video producer who converted still and motion conceptual renderings into motion videos using AI tools and his video editing skills to blend the walk-throughs in seamlessly. Our goal with these videos are to create transitions from the existing home to the conceptually proposed design by time lapsing the camera movement and using photo-realistic techniques to bring great visualizations to these upcoming projects.
