A pair of CSX MP15Ts lead Niagara Falls local Y191 south along the Niagara Junction Line with tank cars in tow bound for the Olin plant near downtown, while the nearby shuttered Occidental Chemicals plant undergoes demolition with a handful of buildings and piping having been razed already! Then, we finish the video with a comparison throwback to 2022, when local Y123 passes the same location while all the OxyChem buildings and pipelines remain standing!
