Mike Olsen's progression of specs jumped up quite rapidly. These type of spec jumps won't be suitable for most people, but he shows it's possible. He's on 11.5 US size boots.
From after riding a Jones Carbon Flagship he moved on to these Donek Knapton Twin Specs.
162cm, 31.2cm, 12m
158cm, 32cm, 16m
156cm, 33.5, 20m (this maxed out the Donek Press at the time, but Sean has since developed a press for specs further yet). This was a crazy advancement in specs, so just know that it won't work for most riders, especially those who ride narrow runs, or have any physical ailments preventing their bodies from achieving high edge angle carving. His new Secret construction is the same specs as his last board. I can't wait to see how he feels on it!
