Revelation 21:1-4
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

The Bible says it all. There is a hope for us, overcomers, to have an everlasting life with God in the new Jerusalem! We never know when it will happen but the signs of the end times are already happening. Jesus gave you and me the instruction to share the truth of God’s mercy and grace, because of the blood and suffering He endured on Calvary—for all who believe and trust in His birth, death, and resurrection. Think of that glorious scene—the heavens open and King Jesus appears followed by all who have believed and trusted in His name. What a day that will be!

May we all be ready to meet our Lord, Savior once that time comes.

And once again the scene was changed
New earth there seemed to be
I saw the Holy City
Beside the tideless sea
The light of God was on its streets
The gates were open wide
And all who would might enter
And no one was denied
No need of moon or stars by night
Or sun to shine by day
It was the new Jerusalem
That would not pass away

Sing for the night is o'er
Hosanna in the highest
Hosanna for evermore!"
