Christmas Pinwheels
Ingredients
2 blocks cream cheese ( room temp)
3-4 spinach tortilla wraps
1/3 cup honey
3/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup dried cranberries( sweetened)
Chicken or turkey lunch meat
Directions
Place room temperature cream cheese in a mixing bowl
Smash/ dice it up with a spoon
Add honey and mix it around until well corporated
Add almonds, cranberries, green onion and spinach
Mix until well combined and smoothed out
Lay tortilla wraps out
Spread a generous amount of the pinwheel mixture on the tortilla getting it close to the edge.
Spread out lunch meat on top on pineheel mixture
Tightly roll the pinwheel into a log
Cut the edges off
Cut the pinwheel log into slices
Repeat until there is not pinwheel filling left
Serve and enjoy
