If you side with Caesar and he lives through "Et Tumor Brute?", he will spare the Followers and grant them safe passage out of the Mojave. If he dies, the Legate is not so kind to them. I also show the enslavement of Arcade Gannon to Caesar's Legion which can be done during this quest, resulting in another unique endslide.
