I recently came across a company with a very unique and impressive business model, and I wanted to share my thoughts about it.
This company remains closed on Sundays and operates only on other days, focusing strongly on work-life balance and structured training.
One of the most interesting things is their hiring strategy. They only hire people between the ages of 16 and 21 and provide them with management training from a young age. These young employees are trained step by step, learning responsibility, leadership, and business operations.
Once they cross the age of 21, they are promoted into higher roles such as General Manager and similar leadership positions. After that, the company continues the same cycle by hiring and training new young talent.
I was truly impressed by how this company focuses on long-term growth, leadership development, and internal promotion. In this video, I share my understanding and perspective on their business idea and why it stands out.
