Ingredients to make Mustard Chicken Recipe

250gms boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 10
Green Chilly - 2
Ginger
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 3 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp

Method to make Mustard Chicken
1. Soak mustard seeds and cashew nuts for 1 hour.
2. With soaked seeds add all other ingredients and grind to make fine paste.
3. With the paste add yogurt and mustard oil and mix with the chicken.
4. Marinate for 1 hour and cook it in a pan till all the water dries up.
5. Serve it with chapati or Rice.
